Cesarina’s Panettone Classico is produced in exclusive from Federico, a top patissier in Treviso, Italy, who has worked together with Chef Cesarina to create this unique delicacy. Following the classic Panettone recipe with candied orange peels, raisins, honey, and vanilla.
The Panettone is available for pre-order only and will be baked-to-order and air-shipped to San Diego just in time for the holidays. 100% of the profits will go toward the Alma Future Foundation, supporting an orphanage for girls in Ensenada, Baja California. Pre-orders are available until November 30th. Panettone will be available for pick up from December 16th to December 20th.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter butter (MILK), candied orange peels 12% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), raisins 11%, egg egg yolks yolks (EGGS), water, sugar, sourdough yeast sourdough yeast 5% (wheat flour, water) (WHEAT), honey, citrus paste 2% (sugar, orange, mandarin, lemon), salt, malt, vanilla bean.
